Bon Accord Takes Sainsbury's

This has been a long time coming, but we finally get to tell all of you lovely folk what we’ve been working on for the last few months! Drumroll please… we are now being stocked in Sainsbury’s. Yes you heard that right, the Sainsbury’s!


Our 750ml bottles are being rolled out across 22 stores across Scotland all the way from Nairn in the North, to both Edinburgh and Glasgow in the South. This new customer is big news for us as, in addition to reaching more of you juice fans than ever before, this is also our largest (and broadest geographical) customer to date.


The range available in Sainsbury’s will consist of our 750ml sharing bottles of Rhubarb Soda, Cloudy Lemonade, and Ginger Beer. Rhubarb Soda is crisp and refreshing, with real rhubarb flavour, Cloudy Lemonade is tangy and tart with a zesty zing, and Ginger Beer is made with real ginger for a flavour that gently tingles and builds without overwhelming.


Karen Knowles, Managing Director of Bon Accord Soft Drinks said: "We’re thrilled to be working with Sainsbury’s and are over the moon to announce that our one hundred percent naturally sweetened drinks will be available to even more people across Scotland thanks to this partnership.”

However, in keeping with the latest consumer trends and customer feedback, we’ve recently revamped our recipes, meaning Bon Accord drinks now meet government regulations and are high-fat, salt and sugar compliant. Our customers asked, and we listened! Our iconic soft drinks just got so much better with the already naturally sweetened drinks now having an even lower sugar content.”

So… that’s it! It’s so good to finally be able to share our news with you. Trust us, we’ve been desperate to tell you, however it’s official - our bottles are on the shelves!
